K&W is proud to say we buy local whenever possible to bring our customers the freshest fruits and vegetables.  In North Carolina, we belong to the state’s “Got To Be NC” Products program, promoting local agricultural products.   Many people don’t get enough of the fresh fruits and vegetables their bodies need. These essential foods contain fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, etc. that our bodies need to run properly. If you aren’t getting 5-13 servings of fruits and veggies each day, you are more susceptible to illnesses such as colds and the flu.
