K&W's a la carte dining style leaves the choices up to you!

 

 

"Healthy" can mean many different things to people today. At K&W, we are happy to offer you healthy options to fit YOUR lifestyle! If you haven't considered K&W an option before (or if you are a loyal customer looking to switch things up), browse below for a few suggestions that will help you rethink 'cafeteria food.' When you visit, you pick and choose which items are appropriate, and add them to your tray. You can have as much or as little as you want - the choices are completely up to you! 

Protein Packed

Everyday options include something on the carving station, grilled chicken, a fish option, and beans. As always, contact your nearest K&W to find which of the following items are being served today!

Entrees: Grilled Chicken, Chopped Steak, Roast Beef, Baked Ham, Tilapia, Salmon

Sides: Pinto Beans, idk what else  

    

Vegetarian

There are 2 ways to eat vegetarian at K&W - get a "Veggie Plate" which is a split plate for 3 sides, or to go "a la carte" style and grab as many sides as you like to build your meal. Almost all of our sides are cooked without meat.

Options: Carrots, Broccoli, Beans (Pinto, Navy, Black Eyed Peas), Potatoes (roasted, mashed, baked), mac and cheese, etc to list them all 

 

Vegan

We know how hard it is to dine out if you follow a vegan lifestyle. We have tons of options for you on a daily basis.There are 2 ways to eat vegan at K&W - get a "Veggie Plate" which is a split plate for 3 sides, or to go "a la carte" style and grab as many sides as you like to build your meal.

Gluten Free

We have  both entree and side options served daily to accommodate Gf lifestyles. At K&W, you can eat deliciously and flavorfully while remaining gluten-free, and not know the difference! 

Entrees: Grilled Chicken, Cuban Black Bean Chicken, Roast Beef, etc

Sides: Broccoli,
