    Why do your Christmas feasts to-go page say, “order 48 hours in advance” yet when I went to the K & W Cafeteria in Norfolk, Va. today, which is Monday, 12/21/2015, (96 hours in advance) I was told they are no longer taking orders. They say Saturday, 12/19/2015 was the last day of taking orders. Now I am left without a Christmas dinner for my family because I followed the instructions on your website.

    I am leaving this message because I am hoping it will compel you to make the Norfolk restaurant provide the service that your website states it will: prepare me a Christmas feast. You also should probably take down the words, “order 48 hours in advance” if that is really not your policy. If I was depending on that to be accurate information, I’m sure there’s other people who’s holiday will also be ruined by following this instruction.

      I just spoke with one of the managers at the Norfolk location, named Cher Stevenson, just to confirm they are following policy. She said they are most certainly still taking orders all the way through tomorrow night. We have to apologize for this misinformed employee! Please give us a call ASAP so we can get your holiday meal squared away – we can’t have anyone’s day ruined, Ronnie!! We will throw in a free pie for your troubles.
